STEP 1:  Once you complete your order, you’ll receive an email with your personalized lab slip within 24–48 hours.

STEP 2: Simply print the slip and bring it to any Quest Diagnostics location for your blood draw - recommend to schedule appointment online. 

STEP 3: Your results will be securely sent back to your patient portal and our team for review.

STEP 4: You’ll be contacted to schedule a follow-up to review your results and create a personalized plan, or you may choose to review them with your own doctor.
