Cancellation Policy

APPOINTMENT & BOOKING POLICY Cure MedicalCare | Your Health. Our Priority. At Cure MedicalCare, we value your time and are committed to providing convenient, personalized, and high-quality healthcare. To ensure a smooth experience for all patients, please review our appointment policies below. 1. Scheduling Appointments Appointments can be scheduled online or by contacting our office. We offer in-person and telehealth visits based on your healthcare needs and provider availability. All appointments are subject to confirmation. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee if permitted by applicable law and your insurance plan. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before booking. 3. Arrival & Check-In Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. New patients should bring a valid photo ID, insurance card (if applicable), current medication list, and relevant medical records. 4. Late Arrivals We understand that unexpected delays happen. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to ensure timely care for other patients. 5. Insurance & Payments We accept many major insurance plans, as well as self-pay patients. (please call for details). Copayments, deductibles, and other applicable patient responsibilities may be collected at the time of service. Insurance coverage and benefits are subject to verification. 6. Telehealth Appointments Virtual appointments are available for eligible medical concerns. Patients must be physically located in a state where their provider is authorized to practice at the time of the visit. Certain conditions may require an in-person evaluation. 7. Medical Emergencies Online booking is intended for non-emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency department. 8.
